Villadelles’ quality assurance scheme enables it to provide the highest standard of service and comfort. All our hotels and residences are visited each year by an independant agency wich controls, in an anonymous way, our services and facilities.

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

All customers using our accommodation have the opportunity to complete a questionnaire rating their experience while staying with us and thus contribute to our quality control procedures. But we don’t stop there. Several of our hotels and residences have seen recent improvements : Creation of Suites and Junior Suites at Ampère (Paris), redecoration of rooms and bathrooms at Les Nations (Vichy), refurbishment of 20 new residences at Les Agapanthes (Cannes la Bocca)

We aim to provide a range of high quality services. For example a Pastis Bar at Les Strélitzias (Juan-les-Pins), new conference rooms in Les Nations and a multisports ground at Les Agapanthes.

At our staff training sessions we take every opportunity to improve the personalised service we offer (welcome gifts, welcoming drinks party) in order to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in all our hotels and residences.
